Job Summary
We are hiring a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound customer calls for real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, and the ability to follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads interested in real estate projects.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain daily call records and lead updates in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up regularly with potential customers until conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and customer support.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
