The Telecaller is responsible for contacting prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about academic programs, courses, and admission procedures. The role involves guiding applicants throughout the admission process, addressing queries, and building strong relationships to ensure a positive experience. The primary objective is to convert inquiries into successful enrollments through effective communication, consistent follow-ups, and personalized counseling.
