About the Role
We are looking for a talented Technical Content Writer with 1–2 years of experience to create clear, engaging, technically accurate, and SEO-friendly content for our company and clients.
The candidate should have a strong interest in IT, software, AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, SaaS, web development, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and write high-quality technical blogs and articles.
- Create website content for IT services, software products, and technology solutions.
- Write SEO-friendly content based on targeted keywords and search intent.
- Prepare technical articles, tutorials, how-to guides, FAQs, and knowledge-base content.
- Convert complex technical concepts into simple and understandable language.
- Create content for software products such as CRM, ERP, POS, SaaS, and business applications.
- Write case studies, company profiles, service descriptions, and product documentation.
- Prepare content for LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct technical research using reliable online sources.
- Coordinate with developers, project managers, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to understand technical requirements.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, readability, accuracy, and consistency.
- Update existing website content based on SEO and business requirements.
- Ensure all content is original, plagiarism-free, factually accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for research, brainstorming, and content assistance while ensuring final content is properly reviewed and edited.
- Maintain content calendars and complete assigned content within deadlines.

- Previous experience with an IT company, software company, or digital marketing agency will be preferred.
