Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1–5+ years in corporate travel coordination, hospitality, or the travel agency sector.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with travel booking portals, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, vendor management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Travel Arrangements: Manage flight, train, and bus bookings, as well as hotel reservations and local transport.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel bookings strictly adhere to corporate budgets, entitlements, and company policies.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate corporate rates with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to minimize costs.
- Documentation: Process passport, visa, and forex applications seamlessly for domestic and international travel.
- Emergency Support: Handle schedule modifications, flight cancellations, and medical or travel emergencies.
- Expense Management: Track travel expenses, process invoices, and coordinate with the finance department for monthly billing and reconciliation.
- Reporting: Maintain and update travel entitlement sheets, travel databases, and periodic MIS reports.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
