We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant or Lead to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US accounting principles, expertise in QuickBooks (QB), and advanced proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Prepare accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement).
- Maintain and reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with US accounting regulations and tax laws.
- Perform detailed analysis of financial data and provide actionable insights for management.
- Prepare reports for audits and assist external auditors as required.
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting of financial data.
- Maintain and update financial records and documents in QuickBooks.
- Provide support in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other finance-related activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of US accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (QB) and experience working with the software for general accounting and reporting tasks.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.
- Strong understanding of US tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
Shift - Night shift ( 5.30 pm to 2.30 am)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
