*Project Manager - Civil | Vertex Projects*
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
- *Project Execution*: Plan, schedule, and monitor all civil site activities. Ensure timely completion within budget
- *Quality & Safety*: Ensure work as per drawings, specs & IS codes. Maintain safety standards and compliance
- *Team Management*: Lead site engineers, contractors, and workforce. Allocate resources effectively
- *Client Coordination*: Single point of contact for client, consultants, and vendors. Handle meetings, updates, and approvals
- *Cost Control*: Track BOQ, costs, RA bills, and variations
- *Documentation*: Maintain progress reports, drawings, RFIs, MOMs, and site records
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:
