Position: B2B Corporate Insurance Sales Executive/Manager
Location: Bhandup west , Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new corporate clients for insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate insurance solutions.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain insurance products.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide post-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, preferably in Insurance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Knowledge of corporate insurance products is preferred.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience:
5–8 years in B2B/Corporate Insurance Sales.
CTC:
As per company standards + Incentives.
Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
