For more details, visit our website: https://aic.nmims.edu/ About the Role: The Senior Associate – Finance, Accounts & Administration will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely transaction processing, and compliance with organizational policies. The role will coordinate with internal stakeholders to support financial reporting, procurement, Board governance, HR administration, and general administrative functions. Roles & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including customer invoicing, receipt tracking, vendor payment processing, and maintenance of accurate financial records in SAP. Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely bookkeeping, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and accurate maintenance and finalization of books of accounts. Process and maintain finance-related documentation, including invoices, purchase requests (PRs), purchase orders (POs), payment requests, supporting documents, and transaction records in accordance with organizational policies. Prepare periodic MIS reports, financial summaries, operational dashboards, and management reports to support business and financial decision-making. Coordinate the preparation of Board and Committee meeting documentation, including agendas, presentations, reports, minutes, and action trackers, while ensuring timely completion of governance and compliance requirements. Maintain corporate records, statutory documentation, and compliance-related registers, ensuring proper documentation and record management. Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate scheduling, interview coordination, onboarding documentation, and completion of employee joining formalities. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and SAP data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies. Oversee day-to-day administrative operations by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth business operations. Maintain and organize documentation across Finance, HR, Administration, and Corporate Governance functions, ensuring accessibility and audit readiness. Liaise with internal stakeholders, auditors, vendors, consultants, and external agencies to facilitate finance, compliance, procurement, and administrative activities. Support special projects, audits, management initiatives, and other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time. Requirements 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, Administration, or a similar operational role. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial documentation, vendor/customer payments, and procurement processes. Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
