Job Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of civil construction projects, ensuring delivery within approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters, while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead complete project lifecycle from mobilization to handover.
- Prepare and control project execution plans, work schedules, bar charts, CPM / Primavera / MS Project schedules.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract conditions.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress and take corrective actions to meet milestones.
2. Cost Control & Budget Management
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
- Control costs related to materials, labor, machinery, and subcontractors.
- Review RA bills, subcontractor bills, and client billing.
- Identify cost overruns and implement mitigation measures.
3. Contract & Commercial Management
- Interpret and manage contractual terms, variations, claims, and change orders.
- Coordinate with contracts and billing teams for timely submissions and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
4. Quality Management
- Implement and enforce Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) systems.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and approved method statements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with consultants and clients.
5. Safety, Health & Environment (HSE)
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and statutory safety norms.
- Conduct regular safety meetings, audits, and toolbox talks.
- Ensure zero-accident culture at project sites.
6. Resource & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage site engineers, planning engineers, QA/QC, safety, and support staff.
- Optimize deployment of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide technical guidance.
7. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the single point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, billing, and head-office teams.
- Manage approvals, drawings, and technical clarifications.
8. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit progress reports, MIS, dashboards, and review presentations.
- Maintain complete project documentation including drawings, test reports, correspondence, and handover dossiers.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
