Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Photographer & Videographer to capture high-quality photos and videos for the company's marketing and branding activities. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing shoots while ensuring all raw content is delivered to the editing team on time.
Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography
- Capture high-quality product photographs for catalogs, website, and social media.
- Conduct product, lifestyle, model, and in-store photoshoots as per the marketing plan.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, composition, and image quality during every shoot.
- Maintain consistency with the company's visual branding standards.
Videography
- Shoot promotional videos, product videos, customer testimonials, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras and equipment.
- Record clear audio using appropriate microphones whenever required.
- Follow the creative brief provided by the marketing team.
Shoot Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Social Media teams before every shoot.
- Arrange required props, products, and shooting locations.
- Suggest creative camera angles and shot compositions during production.
- Ensure all required shots are captured as per the shoot checklist.
Equipment Management
- Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, tripods, gimbals, microphones, and other accessories.
- Ensure all equipment is clean, safe, and in proper working condition.
- Report any equipment damage or maintenance requirements immediately.
File Management
- Organize and label all raw photos and videos properly.
- Transfer and submit all raw files to the designated editing team within the agreed timeline.
- Maintain backups of all original shoot files until confirmation from the marketing team.
Required Skills
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Good understanding of camera settings, lighting, framing, and composition.
- Ability to operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and professional shooting equipment.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shoots.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant experience in photography and videography.
- Portfolio showcasing previous photography and videography work is preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely completion of assigned shoots.
- Quality and clarity of raw photos and videos.
- Adherence to the shoot schedule and creative brief.
- Proper organization and timely submission of raw files.
- Maintenance and safe handling of photography and videography equipment.
Working Conditions
- Indoor and outdoor shoots as required.
- Availability during campaigns, exhibitions, promotional events, and festive seasons.
- Willingness to travel for business-related shoots when required.
Note
This role is responsible for capturing and delivering raw photo and video content only. Editing and post-production will be handled by the designated editing team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
