About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Executive / Creative Head — a dual-role position for someone who can close property deals on the ground and also create the visual content that promotes them. You'll spend part of your time meeting clients and negotiating deals, and part of your time designing marketing content that drives new leads. Ideal for someone confident, persuasive, and creatively inclined.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, meetings, and site visits
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Negotiate terms and close property deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Travel to client locations and project sites as required for deal closures
Creative
- Design property listing visuals, brochures, banners, and promotional creatives
- Create engaging content for social media platforms to boost brand visibility and generate leads
- Work on design/editing software to produce photos, graphics, and videos for marketing campaigns
- Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all company materials
- Use creative content as a tool to support and accelerate deal closures
What We're Looking For
- Any graduate (any stream) — freshers with bold confidence are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of design/creative software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, video editing tools)
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and a good creative eye
- Must own a vehicle for client visits, site travel, and outdoor shoots
- Willingness to travel locally for deal closures and content creation
