Job Title: Assistant Preschool Teacher

Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to support the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate learning activities.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Supervise children during classroom activities, playtime, meals, and outdoor sessions.
- Assist in preparing teaching materials, learning aids, and classroom displays.
- Observe and monitor children's progress and behavior, reporting concerns to the lead teacher.
- Support children with daily routines, including hygiene, meals, and transitions.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, NTT, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience working with preschool or early years children is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in a preschool, daycare, or early years setting preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
