- Manage structural repair projects from planning to successful handover.
- Conduct site inspections, condition assessments, and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Prepare repair methodologies, work plans, and technical documentation.
- Supervise execution of repair works including micro concrete, epoxy injection, crack repairs, structural strengthening, CFRP systems, protective coatings, and waterproofing.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, productivity, project costs, and billing.
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company systems.
- Support technical discussions, estimation, and business development activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and help develop standard operating procedures and best practices.
Pay: ₹10,872.30 - ₹37,151.12 per month
