About the Role
We are looking for passionate and experienced Freelance Aptitude Trainers to deliver high-quality aptitude training to students from engineering colleges, degree colleges, universities, ITIs, and polytechnic institutions. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students for campus placements and competitive recruitment processes by enhancing their aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on Aptitude.
- Conduct training on:
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Logical Reasoning
- Analytical Reasoning
- Data Interpretation
- Verbal Ability
- Puzzle Solving
- Basic Numerical Ability
- Prepare students for campus placement assessments and aptitude tests conducted by leading companies.
- Conduct pre-assessment and post-assessment tests to evaluate learning outcomes.
- Design interactive learning activities, quizzes, and practice exercises.
- Resolve students' doubts and provide individual guidance wherever required.
- Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and batch documentation.
- Submit training reports and feedback after completion of every batch.
- Coordinate effectively with the Training Coordinator and institution representatives.
- Ensure timely completion of the training curriculum within the allocated schedule.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Aptitude Training or Campus Recruitment Training.
- Experience in training students for placements in IT, Core Engineering, Banking, Government, or other competitive examinations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage large student groups through activity-based learning.
- Comfortable using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and online meeting platforms.

- Complete assigned batches as per schedule.

- Maintain high training quality and learner satisfaction.
Compensation
- Remuneration will be provided on a per hour / per-batch basis, as per organizational norms and experience.
- FTA-Applicable as per the Policies
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Employability Skills, Campus Recruitment Training, CAT, Banking, SSC, UPSC, or other competitive exam coaching will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with corporate training or placement preparation experience are encouraged to apply.
