Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, be fast and efficient on computer systems, and possess excellent working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with the sales team and ensure smooth sales operations.
· Maintain and update customer and sales data accurately.
· Prepare reports, MIS, and sales trackers using MS Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
· Follow up with leads, customers, and internal teams.
· Handle documentation, quotations, and order coordination.
· Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
· Excellent proficiency in MS Excel or Google Spreadsheets (formulas, sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
· Fast typing and strong computer skills.
· Good communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Graduate in any discipline preferred.
