Role Purpose
To operate and commission tyre recycling machinery at client sites, and train local teams for smooth and independent plant operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Machine Operation & Commissioning
- Operate tyre recycling machinery at installation sites
- Ensure smooth commissioning and initial production (rubber crumb & oil)
- Monitor performance and handle basic troubleshooting
2. Training & Handover
- Train client’s local staff on machine operations and safety procedures
- Provide hands-on training for efficient plant handling
- Ensure proper handover after successful training completion
3. PLC System Handling
- Operate and monitor PLC-based control systems
- Identify and resolve basic PLC-related issues
- Coordinate with technical teams for advanced support
4. Site Deployment & Travel
- Travel to multiple project sites across locations
- Stay at each site for 1–2 months during installation and training phase
- Move to new sites upon project completion
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily reports on operations and training progress
- Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- ITI / Diploma / Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or related field
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial machine operations
- Experience in recycling plants / heavy machinery preferred
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of PLC systems
- Hands-on machine operation and troubleshooting ability
- Good communication and training skills
- Ability to work independently at remote locations
- Adaptable and problem-solving mindset
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
