The Technical Architect – AI is responsible for designing and governing scalable AI and data-driven technology solutions for government and public sector programs. The role combines deep technical expertise, architecture leadership, and stakeholder engagement to deliver secure, scalable, and high-impact systems aligned with public sector needs.
- Define end-to-end architecture for AI-enabled systems:
- AI/ML platforms, analytics systems, and enterprise applications
- Design cloud-native, API-first, and microservices-based architectures
- Ensure scalability, performance, and resilience for large citizen-facing platforms
- Architect solutions leveraging:
- Machine learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI
- Define:
- Data pipelines, feature stores, model deployment frameworks
- Guide implementation of:
- Data platforms (data lakes, lakehouse, analytics ecosystems)
- Lead integration of:
- AI solutions with legacy government systems
- Design interoperability across:
- Multiple departments and platforms
- Drive modernization of existing IT systems using AI and automation
- Establish and enforce:
- Architecture principles, standards, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with:
- Government regulations, data privacy, and security policies
- Provide design assurance and technical review across programs
- Oversee:
- Model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring
- Ensure:
- Responsible AI (fairness, transparency, explainability)
- Robust MLOps practices for continuous improvement
- Engage with:
- Government CIOs, IT heads, and program stakeholders
- Translate business and policy needs into:
- Technical architectures and solution designs
- Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and solution discussions
- Guide engineering, data science, and vendor teams
- Resolve complex technical issues during implementation
- Ensure alignment between architecture design and delivery execution
Required Education:
BE/B.Tech/MCA/Bachelor's Degree
