We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain visitor records and manage reception activities
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide basic information regarding the company and its services
- Assist the HR and Administration departments with routine tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle visitors and calls with professionalism
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
