Location: Paathshala School, Sushma Grande, Zirakpur
Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the kindergarten program, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, and managing front desk operations. This role requires a blend of administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills to support both staff and families.
Academic Coordination
- Plan, implement, and monitor the academic curriculum in coordination with teachers
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and adherence to academic standards
- Support teachers with lesson planning, teaching strategies, and classroom management
- Monitor student progress and coordinate assessments and evaluations
Administrative Management
- Prepare and manage school timetables, schedules, and duty rosters
- Oversee daily school operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation
Examinations & Assessments
- Plan and coordinate examinations, assessments, and result compilation
- Ensure fair and smooth conduct of tests and evaluations
- Analyze academic performance and suggest improvements
Event & Activity Coordination
- Organize school events, functions, workshops, and extracurricular activities
- Coordinate annual functions, celebrations, and parent engagement programs
- Ensure proper planning and execution of all school events
Staff Coordination
- Act as a bridge between management and teaching staff
- Conduct regular meetings with teachers to review progress and address challenges
- Support staff development and training initiatives
Parent Communication
- Address parent queries and concerns in a professional manner
- Coordinate parent-teacher meetings and feedback sessions
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or relevant field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic school management software
- Prior experience in school administration or coordination preferred
