School and Institution Uniform Sales for B2B
1. Strategic Business Development ∙Identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutions, training centers, corporate organizations, hospitals, hotels, industrial establishments, and other institutions requiring uniform solutions. ∙Develop and execute territory-wise business development plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives. ∙Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective institutional customers. ∙Generate opportunities for annual uniform contracts, multi-year agreements, and recurring supply programs. ∙Establish MS Sportswear as a preferred uniform partner within the institutional segment.
2. Institutional Sales & Contract Acquisition ∙Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure. ∙Conduct professional presentations for school management, trustees, principals, administrators, procurement committees, and institutional decision-makers. ∙Analyze customer requirements and propose customized uniform solutions, including fabric selection, garment specifications, branding, sizing, and delivery models. ∙Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, business cases, and presentations. ∙Negotiate pricing, payment terms, service agreements, and supply contracts. ∙Participate in tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and institutional procurement processes. ∙Secure new contracts while maintaining profitability and company margins.
3. Key Account Management ∙Develop strong relationships with school management teams, institutional administrators, procurement heads, and key stakeholders. ∙Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. ∙Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence. ∙Conduct regular review meetings with customers to identify additional business opportunities. ∙Drive account retention and contract renewal initiatives.
4. Project & Order Execution Management ∙Coordinate with design, merchandising, planning, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution. ∙Manage customer approvals for designs, fabric selections, size specifications, branding elements, and production samples. ∙Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to delivery commitments. ∙Resolve operational issues proactively to minimize customer disruptions. ∙Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new institutional accounts.
5. Market Development & Intelligence ∙Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, procurement practices, and emerging opportunities. ∙Identify new market segments and growth opportunities within the institutional uniform sector. ∙Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for product enhancement and service improvements. ∙Support management in developing strategies for market expansion.
6. Reporting & Sales Governance ∙Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and account plans. ∙Submit Daily Activity Reports, Weekly Business Reviews, and Monthly Performance Reports. ∙Ensure CRM data accuracy and timely updates. ∙Track revenue achievement, contract status, outstanding quotations, and collections. ∙Support finance teams in ensuring timely payment recovery and account reconciliation. Qualification ∙Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Textile Technology, Fashion Management, or a related discipline. ∙MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
Experience ∙5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, key account management, or business development. ∙Prior experience in school uniforms, institutional apparel, textiles, garments, educational sales, corporate uniforms, or related industries is highly preferred. ∙Proven track record of handling large institutional customers and achieving revenue targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
