Role Overview
We are looking for a Trainer who can professionally train domestic helpers/maids in performing all types of household work. The trainer will play a key role in setting service standards, ensuring consistency, and preparing maids to deliver quality and reliable services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct trainingsessions for domestic helpers/maids in:
- Deep cleaning(kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting, etc.)
- Laundry, ironing, and garment care
- Cooking assistance & kitchen hygiene
- Customer etiquette and basic communication.
- Conduct refresher and up skilling sessions to drive continuous improvement.
- Build SOPs, training manuals, and visual aids for service delivery excellence.
- Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-ground performance.
- Ensure timely scheduling of training batches and certification tracking.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and bring innovation to learning formats.
Requirements
- 3 - 6 years of experience in training, preferably in service-based or blue-collar environments.
- Strong facilitation and people engagement skills.
- Ability to create structured, simple, and actionable training content.
- Hands-on with Google Slides, Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Comfort in delivering training in Hindi (mandatory); basic English a plus.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage setup.
- Exposure to field or vocational training is a strong advantage.
