Job Title: Junior Customer Service Executive – Sea Freight
Location: No. 235-236, 2nd Floor, DLF Prime Tower, F-79-80, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi – 110020
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Qualification: MBA (Mandatory)
Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor sea freight import and export shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipment status, documentation, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, and internal operations teams.
- Assist in preparing and verifying shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, invoices, and shipment records.
- Provide regular shipment updates and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and operational systems.
- Support customers throughout the shipment lifecycle to ensure high service standards.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of sea freight, import/export documentation, and logistics operations.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
