- Strong expertise in application design and requirement analysis within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow SPM with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide scalable solutions across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
