We are looking for a experienced W2 US IT Tier 1 Recruiter with strong expertise in US IT staffing and end-to-end recruitment for leading consulting and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with Tier 1 vendors and Systems Integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, HCL, IBM, and similar organizations.
The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a consistent track record of successful placements across multiple IT technologies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for requirements received from Tier 1 vendors, Systems Integrators, and direct clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals across multiple technologies.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, skill assessments, and interview preparation sessions.
- Coordinate and manage candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Ceipal).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely delivery against client requirements while maintaining quality standards.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment , specifically supporting Tier 1 vendors and Systems Integrators.
- Proven experience working with organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, HCL, IBM, or similar.
- Strong sourcing expertise using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, networking, and referrals.
- Hands-on experience in recruiting for technologies such as:
- Cloud Computing
- Data Engineering / Data Analytics
- ERP & CRM systems
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- Cybersecurity
- Infrastructure & Networking
- Software Development (Full Stack / Backend / Frontend)
- Strong understanding of US staffing concepts including visa types, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced staffing or consulting environment.
- Strong network of IT consultants across multiple technology domains.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Ceipal or similar recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
