We are inviting applications from passionate and qualified individuals for the position of Lecturer / Assistant Professor to teach BBA & MBA – Airlines and Airport Management courses at our reputed institution.
Position: Lecturer / Assistant Professor
Department: Airlines & Airport Management
Joining: Immediate / As per notice period
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures for undergraduate (BBA) and postgraduate (MBA) students
- Prepare academic materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools
- Mentor students in career preparation, project work, and internships
- Collaborate with the department on academic and industry partnerships
- Participate in faculty development programs and college events
Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate degree (MBA / MPhil or equivalent) with specialization in Aviation/Airlines Management
- NET/SLET qualified or Ph.D. (preferred, not mandatory)
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or relevant aviation industry experience
- Excellent communication skills and command over English
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of aviation regulatory bodies (DGCA, IATA, ICAO)
- Industry exposure in airport operations or airline services
- Passion for teaching and academic excellence
- Fluency in English (Hindi or other Third Language is a plus)
