Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare accurate and high-quality drawings for interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and coordinating drawings based on design inputs and site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drawing Preparation
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD for interior fit-out projects.
- Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Draft layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
2. Design Coordination
- Coordinate with designers and project teams to understand requirements.
- Incorporate design changes into drawings as per client and site inputs.
- Ensure drawings are aligned with project specifications and standards.
3. Detailing
- Prepare detailed joinery drawings (furniture, partitions, ceilings, etc.).
- Work on reflected ceiling plans (RCP), flooring layouts, and wall details.
- Ensure proper dimensioning, annotations, and material specifications.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting is a must).
- Good understanding of interior fit-out drawings and detailing.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
