About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to communicate with potential and existing customers, understand their requirements, generate leads, and support the sales team.
Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided to candidates who have good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Handle basic customer queries and direct complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Follow up with leads until they are converted or closed.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
Requirements
- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.
- Clear and confident speaking ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate professionally over the phone.
- Comfortable working with daily targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets or CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive approach.
Compensation
Salary: ₹5,000–₹25,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, performance, and role suitability.
Performance incentives: Additional incentives may be provided based on lead generation, sales conversion, or achievement of targets.
