Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing website traffic, improving search engine rankings, optimizing conversion rates, and managing high-performing paid advertising campaigns.
This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with SEO, CRO, and Google Ads to maximize lead generation and return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Optimize on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, content, internal linking, and image optimization.
- Monitor and improve website performance, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical SEO health.
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize bidding strategies, keywords, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, user behavior analysis, and funnel optimization.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content writers to implement SEO and CRO improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO.
- Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Expertise in Google Ads campaign management and optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, backlink analysis, and website audits.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an advantage.
- Experience with A/B testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification.
- Google Analytics Certification.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Experience working with lead generation websites and B2B marketing is an added advantage.
