About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Business Development Manager (B2B) to
lead growth initiatives across our Project Management. The ideal candidate will possess strong
leadership skills, proven expertise in B2B sales, and the ability to build and sustain long-term
client relationships within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Development
Identify potential growth opportunities across target markets and sectors.
Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
2. Lead Generation & Management
Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and business channels.
Qualify leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.
3. Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Address client feedback and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
4. Sales & Performance
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor, analyze, and report on business performance metrics.
5. Market & Competitor Analysis
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Adjust business strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
6. Proposal & Tender Management

Prepare and manage proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations.
Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality submissions aligned with client requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Education: BE with MBA.
Experience: Minimum 15 years in Business Development for PMC, or any other
Engineering Consulting Company, Architecture Company

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
