Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will assist our Digital Marketing and Customer Success team in managing customer interactions, following up on leads, supporting existing clients, and providing software demonstrations to prospective customers.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and helping customers understand software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with new leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers regarding support requests, service updates, and customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and conduct software product demonstrations for interested prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and explain product features and benefits.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer queries are resolved promptly.
- Update lead and customer information in CRM/software systems.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and demo activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers and contribute to customer retention.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Confidence in speaking with customers over phone and online meetings.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and customer interactions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer support, telesales, telecalling, customer service, or client relationship roles.
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of software products or SaaS platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
