Working days : Mon to Saturday (2nd, 4th Sat + All Sundays Off)
Shift Timings : 8.30 am to 5.15 p.m

Summary - This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating the sales team to support business development, lead management, proposal preparation, and order conversion. The role ensures smooth sales operations, proper documentation, customer follow-ups, and timely reporting to management while contributing to business growth across the markets.
Job Responsibilities -
- Supervise and coordinate with the sales team to drive business development across Pan India and selected international markets.
- Identify potential industry segments and support the sales team in developing new business opportunities.
- Guide the sales team in lead generation activities and support the implementation of sales plans for effective execution.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively represent the organization to prospective customers.
- Review and support preparation of techno-commercial offers based on customer specifications and application requirements.
- Monitor the progress of sales enquiries and work with the team to improve the conversion of leads into confirmed orders.
- Track and analyze factors affecting sales performance and provide inputs for improving team productivity.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, customers, and internal teams to deliver a positive client experience.
- Oversee maintenance of proper sales trackers and documentation (from enquiry registration to order processing and dispatch).
- Monitor customer payment follow-ups and coordinate with the sales team regarding outstanding receivables.
- Prepare periodic updates and reports on sales activities and target achievements for management review.
- Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Desired candidate should have -
- Knowledge of the subject of Sales and customer acquisition
- Working knowledge of systems
- Exposure to CRM
- Business acumen including techno-commercial negotiations.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
