**Job Title: Telecaller Executive – Non-Trade Cement**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Make outbound calls to builders, contractors, and customers for Non-Trade Cement sales.
* Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
* Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
* Prepare and maintain daily calling reports and customer databases.
* Share customer requirements and order details with the sales team.
* Prepare and submit daily dispatch reports.
* Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery of orders.
* Send emails for code opening and customer registration processes.
* Collect and verify required customer documents.
* Share customer documents with concerned officers for approval and processing.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
* Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be preferred.
* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
