- Identify and connect with mom influencers / parenting creators
- Collaboration planning & execution
- Negotiation and relationship management
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Improve organic reach through SEO strategies
- Research and collaborate with mom influencers for promotions
- Track performance of campaigns and influencer collaborations
- Optimize content using SEO keywords
- Monitor trends and competitor activities
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in education/parenting niche
- Basic content writing or reel scripting
- Paid ads knowledge (Meta/Google Ads)
- Canva or basic design skills
