Job Summary:
Aashi Jewels is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, order coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the jewellery industry and a strong understanding of Gati Software for order processing, customer management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer records and databases.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts departments for smooth order execution.
- Track customer orders and provide timely updates.
- Generate and maintain CRM reports through Gati Software.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.
Required Skills
- Experience in the Jewellery Manufacturing Industry.
- Good working knowledge of Gati Software.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Additional CRM or customer service certifications will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, or Order Management.
- Jewellery industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
