Key responsibilities :
Understanding project scope and identifying relevant industry stakeholders including dealers, distributors, retailers, doctors, channel partners, and B2B experts through LinkedIn, Naukri, industry databases, and professional networks.
Making outbound B2B calls to prospective and existing experts, dealers, distributors, healthcare professionals, and retailers to understand market dynamics and gather industry insights.
Staying updated on ongoing industry trends, market developments, service offerings, and client requirements across multiple sectors.
Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering outreach activities, call status, expert pipelines, and engagement metrics.
Tracking key performance indicators including outreach conversion, expert onboarding, call completion rates, and stakeholder engagement metrics.
