Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with strong exposure to project sales and key account management. The ideal candidate should have experience in industries such as Lighting, Sanitary, Interior, or Glass and a strong network among architects, consultants, developers, PMC's, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and close new project-based business opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value projects.
- Manage and grow strategic accounts including architects, lighting consultants, PMC's, developers, corporates, and contractors.
- Manage the complete project sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and execution coordination.
- Develop strong client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as design, R&D, production, and supply chain for project execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide inputs for market expansion and product positioning.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in Lighting / Sanitary / Interior / Glass industries preferred.
- Strong experience in Project Sales and Key Account Management.
- Good network with Architects, Consultants, Developers, Contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business development and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
- Graduate in Electrical / Illumination preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
