Summary:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assist in defining requirements for data center technology components. The role includes designing and building these components while ensuring they meet project specifications. Additionally, the day may involve participating in testing efforts to validate the functionality and performance of the infrastructure solutions, contributing to the overall stability and efficiency of the data center environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
- Document technical processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues to maintain system reliability.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with configuration and customization of ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet organizational needs.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools to validate infrastructure components.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
