- Strong command over English (Global Business Level).
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling (for sponsorship ROI calculations).
The "Rolodex" Factor: We are more interested in their Professional Network than their CGPA. A candidate with a diverse portfolio of past corporate sponsors is the "Gold Standard."
Role Mission
To secure the capital and corporate backing required to scale the ZOZO World Summit 2026 into a global benchmark. You are responsible for identifying high-value brand partners, engineering "Outcome-Based" sponsorship tiers, and closing high-ticket deals that convert corporate giants into long-term ZOZO ecosystem allies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation & Sponsor Acquisition
- Tier Engineering: Design sophisticated, outcome-based sponsorship packages (Title, Platinum, Gold, Startup Alley) that focus on lead generation and thought leadership rather than just logo placement.
- The "CXO" Pitch: Independently research, prospect, and secure meetings with CMOs, Brand Heads, and VPs of Marketing across SaaS, Fintech, Banks, and Big Tech.
- Custom Proposal Development: Create category-specific decks (e.g., “Why a Fintech Giant needs to be at ZOZO”) that align our audience data with their specific quarterly KPIs.
- Closing & Contract Management: Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to final signature and payment collection.
2. Strategic Ecosystem Alliances
- Long-term Architecture: Move beyond "one-off" event checks; structure 12-month partnership models where sponsors become integrated parts of the ZOZO Dot & Buddy roadmap.
- Co-branded Initiatives: Design exclusive pre-summit dinners, "Power Breakfasts," or digital webinars co-hosted with top-tier partners to maintain momentum.
3. Pipeline & CRM Management
- Data-Driven Forecasts: Maintain a meticulous CRM (Zoho/HubSpot) to track lead aging, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting for the Founder’s office.
- Sponsor ROI Reports: Post-event, develop "Impact Reports" for every sponsor, proving their ROI through booth traffic data, lead quality, and social media reach.
4. On-Ground Activation & Deliverables
- Visibility Audit: Coordinate with the events team to ensure sponsors receive the exact stage slots, booth locations, and media mentions promised in their contracts.
- High-Stakes Hospitality: Manage the VIP Sponsor Lounge and ensure a "White Glove" experience for corporate delegates during the summit.
The Ideal Candidate DNA
- Experience: 5–8 years in high-ticket B2B sales (Event Sponsorship, Media Sales, or Sports Marketing).
- The Rolodex: You already have an existing network of marketing decision-makers in the Indian corporate landscape.
