Job Summary We are looking for a Computer-Savvy MIS & Accounts Support Executive to assist in day-to-day office operations, data management, Excel reporting, documentation, and basic accounting support. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable working in Tally, and possess a basic understanding of accounts and GST.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and maintenance of Excel-based MIS reports, trackers, and management reports.
- Data entry, verification, reconciliation, and maintenance of records.
- Working with Tally for basic accounting entries, ledger verification, and report extraction.
- Basic support in GST-related documentation, invoice verification, and record maintenance.
- Vendor, customer, and inventory data management.
- Preparation of reports related to sales, purchases, stock, and pending transactions.
- Scanning, filing, and maintaining physical and digital documents.
- Maintaining proper backup of company data and office records.
- Coordinating with Accounts, Purchase, Stores, QA, and Administration departments for collection and compilation of data.
- Drafting routine emails, letters, and office correspondence.
- Assisting management with data analysis, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
- Basic troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, and office software.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Filters, Conditional Formatting, Formulas, Data Analysis).
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
- Basic understanding of GST and invoice verification.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and follow up independently.
Preferred Qualifications
B.Com, BBA, BCA, Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience.
2–5 years of experience in MIS, Accounts Support, Office Administration, Data Management, or similar roles.

Work Schedule
Full-time, office-based position. Candidates residing in Jaipur or willing to commute to Chimanpura, Amer, Jaipur will be preferred.
