About the Role
PestShields is expanding its workforce across India and is seeking an energetic professional who can build a sustainable talent pipeline of field technicians through Skill Development Institutions, ITIs, NGOs, and Government Programs such as NEEM, NAPS, and PMKVY.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting PestShields with the national skilling ecosystem to source, onboard, and retain trained manpower for pest control and facility management operations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Skill Development Centres, ITIs, and NGOs to hire freshers for pest control and housekeeping roles.
Drive engagement with Skill India, NEEM, NAPS, and other apprenticeship programs.
Build and maintain partnerships with vocational training institutions to source certified manpower.
Plan and execute campus hiring drives, job fairs, and local recruitment campaigns.
Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to plan the workforce and ensure timely deployment.
Maintain a central database of potential candidates, training institutes, and placement records.
Track and improve the retention and career progression of hired technicians.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in a skill ecosystem or vocational hiring.
Strong working knowledge of NEEM / NAPS / Apprenticeship schemes.
Excellent networking and relationship management with training and government partners.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for connecting youth to employment and driving inclusive workforce growth.
