Job Responsibilities :
- Counsel students on higher education opportunities across UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, USA, and other study destinations.
- Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs.
- Handle inquiries, provide accurate course information, and guide students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through excellent counselling and customer service.
- Assist students with university applications, documentation, admissions, and visa guidance.
- Stay updated on university requirements, immigration policies, scholarships, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student journey from enquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and student applications in the CRM.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities to generate admissions.
- Mentor junior counsellors and contribute to achieving overall branch sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Study Abroad Counselling.
- Strong knowledge of international admissions and visa processes for multiple countries.
- Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and CRM software is preferred.
