In this role, the DCX Team Lead acts as the analytical interface between headquarters, depots, projects, engineering, and the various stakeholders across SMO RS, ensuring continuous information exchange, knowledge transfer, and cross-functional collaboration.

Preparation of reports for the project incl. customer and supplier reports
- Methodical support in the creation and follow-up of action plans
- Performance and diagnostic analyses of the vehicles
- Regular data quality checks and plausibility checks of field data
- Carrying out weak point analyses
- Continuous improvement of processes, products and procedures
- Contact person to the site at headquarters regarding the optimization or reliability and availability
- Analysis of field data, lessons learned with stakeholders, reporting
- Active, operative and strategic product monitoring (cross-platform)
- Training of data entry staff in CMS/CMMS and analysis tools
- Ensure high-quality field data through regular data quality reviews and plausibility checks.
- Drive continuous improvement of products, processes, methodologies, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate and steer DCX activities to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.
- Serve as the analytical interface between headquarters, depots, projects, engineering, and the wider SMO RS organization.
