Labour Mobilisation
- Identify and mobilize workers as per client requirements
- Source candidates from villages, labour hubs, and contractor networks
- Ensure timely deployment of workforce to sites
Contractor & Network Management
- Build and maintain relationships with labour contractors
- Develop new sourcing channels for continuous manpower supply
- Coordinate with agents and field contacts
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: 3-6 years in manpower sourcing / field recruitment
- Education: Any Degree / Diploma
- Language: Hindi (Must)
- Skills:
- Strong field networking
- Communication & persuasion
- Problem-solving attitude
- Ability to handle large workforce
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in construction
- Strong rural network for labour sourcing
- Willing to travel frequently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
