Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced BlueCrest Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise document processing and automated document factory solutions using BlueCrest ADF (Automated Document Factory). The ideal candidate will have expertise in document workflow automation, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, REST APIs, ETL/ELT processes, Python, and handling XML, JSON, and CSV data formats. The role involves building scalable document processing solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and optimizing high-volume document production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain document processing workflows using BlueCrest Automated Document Factory (ADF).
- Build and optimize automated document generation, processing, and distribution workflows.
- Integrate BlueCrest solutions with enterprise applications using REST APIs and Azure services.
- Develop data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Implement workflow orchestration using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Process and transform XML, JSON, CSV, and other structured data formats for document generation.
- Develop Python scripts for workflow automation, data validation, and document processing.
- Design ETL/ELT processes to support document production and reporting.
- Optimize document processing performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure secure handling of customer documents and compliance with organizational standards.
- Monitor production workflows, troubleshoot issues, and provide operational support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand document processing requirements.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for deployment and version management.
- Maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Participate in Agile development, testing, and code reviews.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in document processing, workflow automation, or enterprise document management.
- Hands-on experience with BlueCrest Automated Document Factory (ADF).
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, workflow automation, and integration technologies.
- Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and processing XML, JSON, and CSV data.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for automation and data processing.
- Experience with REST API integration and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- BlueCrest product certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with enterprise Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms such as Quadient Inspire.
- Knowledge of print production, document composition, and high-volume document processing environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience working in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Utilities, or other document-intensive industries.
