Job Summary:
The SSB Interview Faculty (NDA) is responsible for training NDA aspirants for the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview. The role focuses on developing officer-like qualities (OLQs), personality traits, leadership skills, and communication abilities required to successfully clear the NDA SSB interview.
Location: Bathinda, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Amritsar Branch
Key Responsibilities:
- Train NDA aspirants for all stages of the SSB interview:
- Screening Test (OIR & PPDT)
- Psychological Tests (TAT, WAT, SRT, Self-Description)
- GTO Tasks (Group Discussion, Group Planning Exercise, PGT, HGT, Command Task, Individual Obstacles, Lecturette)
- Personal Interview
- Conference Preparation
- Conduct mock SSB interviews and group tasks as per NDA standards.
- Improve students’ communication skills, body language, and personality.
- Prepare daily training schedules, practice material, and test modules.
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and defence-oriented environment.
- Stay updated with latest NDA & SSB interview patterns.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth batch execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of NDA SSB interview process.
- Experience in SSB coaching or defence training (preferred).
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to handle young NDA aspirants (Class 12–appearing / passed).
- Graduate (Defence background / ex-servicemen preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years in SSB/NDA coaching
