Job Designation: Assistant (Examinations)
Job Summary:
The Assistant will provide efficient academic, administrative, and coordination support to ensure smooth operational workflows, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with university and regulatory requirements, while supporting faculty, staff, and students.
Handle day-to-day operations across examinations and coordination activities.
Prepare, maintain, and analyse reports and MIS using MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Support internal departments through effective coordination and follow-ups.
Maintain records, documentation, and data accurately.
Assist in general office administration and operational tasks as required.
