Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to lead and expand our jewellery sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Jewellery / Diamond industry with proven expertise in business development, dealer network expansion, client relationship management, and team leadership.
The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and strengthening the brand presence in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall sales strategy and business development for jewellery operations
- Develop and manage B2B & B2C sales channels
- Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and key clients
- Identify new market opportunities and expand dealer/distributor network
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for high performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and marketing teams
- Participate in jewellery exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans for management
- Ensure premium customer experience and strong brand positioning
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Jewellery / Diamond Industry sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong network within jewellery retail and wholesale market preferred
- Ability to drive aggressive sales growth and business expansion
- Knowledge of domestic and export jewellery markets is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel, and sales reporting tools

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
