Job Overview
Engli5h Academy is launching a new branch in Cochin dedicated entirely to advanced food safety training, and we are seeking a dynamic Center Head to drive its success. Operating under our corporate expansion plan with ENFOSA, this role is critical to our overarching mission of making India’s food culture healthy and safe. The Center Head will take complete ownership of the Cochin facility, blending operational leadership with proactive business development. Because our curriculum specializes in rigorous international compliance frameworks—including HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC Lead Auditor certifications—the ideal candidate must possess a strong scientific foundation, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for educational marketing.
Core Responsibilities
- Facility & Academic Leadership: Direct the daily operations of the Cochin branch, ensuring all vocational food sector training and curriculum deliveries meet our high international accreditation standards.
- Seminars & Public Speaking: Actively conduct engaging seminars, corporate presentations, and industry workshops to promote food safety awareness and showcase the academy’s specialized courses to potential students and corporate clients.
- Business Development & Marketing: Lead regional outreach initiatives. Utilize your passion for marketing to build corporate partnerships, attract student enrollments, and position the branch as the premier food safety training hub in the market.
- Client Relations & Field Travel: Travel frequently across the region to meet with stakeholders in the food and beverage sector, auditing firms, and academic institutions to pitch customized compliance training solutions.
- Team & Resource Management: Oversee branch staff, manage localized marketing campaigns, and ensure the facility is fully equipped to deliver high-quality professional instruction.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the Engli5h Academy professionally in all external communications, ensuring our technical expertise is communicated clearly and effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a Science discipline (e.g., Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or similar) is strictly required. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred to support branch management and strategic growth.
- Communication: Exceptional fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory for professional correspondence, high-level instruction, and seminar delivery.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and have a strong willingness to travel regularly for business development and client meetings.
- Marketing Acumen: A demonstrated passion for marketing, brand building, and corporate networking, ideally within the educational, technical, or B2B service sectors.
- Industry Context: While leadership and marketing are paramount, a baseline understanding of food safety protocols (such as HACCP or ISO standards) is highly advantageous.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
