Job Summary:
We are looking for a Team Leader to manage and support a team in achieving departmental goals. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, monitoring team performance, conducting meetings, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise team members.
- Conduct daily and weekly team meetings.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Coordinate with management regarding team updates.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain reports and operational records.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in team handling or supervisory roles.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
