Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Semi Qualified CA or CMA, ACCA,
Key Responsibilities :
- Accounting & Bookkeeping on Tally, Zoho,
- Recording of Purchase, Sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries, project working.
- Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account finalization support.
- receivables and Payables management.
- filing of GST returns, i.e. GSTR-1,GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and e
-way bill compliance. Etc.
- TDS, IT working and related compliance & documentation,
- MIS & Reporting
- Cash flow Stat., Receivable/Payable reports, Inventory Mgt., and profitability analysis.
- Preparation of financial data for bank submissions and loan documentation.
- Coordination for budgeting and variance analysis.
- MSME & Regulatory Compliance
- Monitoring statutory due dates and compliance calendars.
- Handling MSME
-related documentation and vendor compliance.
- Assistance in MCA,ESIC, Professional tax, and other regulatory compliances,
- Coordination & Documentation with Project sites, for exp. , fund release and controlling.
- Coordination with clients, banks, auditors, consultants, and government departments.
- Maintenance of proper accounting records and digital documentation.
